So I will be watching TV and a story will come up and I will think "God, that's terrible!" and I will spend my time thinking about how wrong and irritating it is but then I will hear the other side and it will be phrased so differently that my mind is immediatley changed. How can something go from sounding completley insane to sound reasionable and acceptable?
Blaming the media is one way to go. The way they say it and show it and produce it makes me feel certain ways where if it had been presented differently I may have felt another way. Eventually I will hear the side that I think is wrong and the way THEY present themselves and their case and arguement will make me agree with them. Am I just easily persuaded or do they just have a way about them? They can completley plant the seed in your mind and let it grow into a giant tree of solid agreement. It's kinda worrisome at how easily they can make things sound the way they want them to.
Then again maybe it's not just the media. Maybe it is just the fact that there are two sides to every story. So is it the media or is it me or is it just the way humans are? Just another question to ponder through life.
