It started  off with me being a little freshman in a school that i never knew existed. I was a shy 14 year old wandering Hercules High School campus. I knew the transition from middle school to high school would be dificult but i never expected the load to be as heavy as it was. I had seven classes instead of four and i got out of school a whole hour later.

Teachers attitudes, bigger population, chemistry, physics, honors exams all this can easily make a girl go insane. I had my many struggles in high school and it shows on my report cards. But jusst as any transition or new expierence , it all gets better in time. Just because you fall off the bike the first time doesn't mean you never try to ride again.

I eventually got the hang of it, and after realizing my long term goals i began to excell at the hardest task i thought. My grades improved dramatically I became more sociallly active in my school and community. On top of the academic stresses the stress of being in a long term relationship throughout all four years added to the heartache which through me off guard once it ended at the end of my junior year.

After self searching and spending time with myself i learned that even through tough transitions, relationships to being single, a shy little kid to a independant college student, you make make it, you can pull through. I graduated from High School Saturday with Honors and CSF scholarship sash. Im proud of my self and being able to adapt is a very important quality.
