So we are now in May and all the chaos is sort of over. What chaos?
Well for those graduating seniors this year has been a tremendous
workload. First we could not wait to be seniors, and then this year
goes by so fast. All the SAT testing has been done, the college
applications have been submitted, the acceptance letters have been
received, and the FAFSA has been completed. Tell me that is not a
workload? And now most seniors are a month away from that one special
night. The night when they will be walking the stage, receiving their
diploma, and beginning a whole new chapter in their grown up lives.
The whole year was stressful. It was full of drama and tears, jokes
and laughs, and here we are. We made it through. Those of us that had
a job, had to balance not only school work but work work as well.
There were not enough days in this year to accomplish the things we
needed to get done. There were even days when some of us would leave
school early to get our errands done. But, just as advice to next
year's seniors... KEEP IT TOGETHER AND NEVER PROCRASTINATE! It will
not end very well. But always have fun :)
