a special day for me at ryse would probly be a combination of 2 days. It would have to be the combination between the orientation of when the were hiring people for the future djt team and the actual first meeting that we had. The day of orientationi was extremly nervous. i didn't know what kind of people would be there, i didn't know what the adults would be like i didn't evcen know what the center was like becuase i had never heared of it before. All i knew about it was that it was a job and you got paid, at that time thats all i really wanted. so as i sat through the oreintation i listend to the people talk and as they were talking i was like yeah yeah yeah get to the question we all want to know, how much are we getting paid for this job. finnally the answer came. $100. and i thought to myself wow that'z ok..$100 a week. but i was soo wrong. it was $100 A MONTH! keeping it real at that moment i wanted to get up and walk out. i mean even though i'd only be working 10 hours a months i still would expect more the 100 dollars..But it was better then my income which at the time was 0. my parents had money but i wanted my own money. i wanted to say " oh i get paids today" regardless of how much the check was. so i stuck with it. nso when i got the phone call that i got the job i was pretty excited. i wondered who made it and who hadn't this brings me to my second special day..walking in the door my heart was beating really fast andi didn't know what i could do or if i would be able to handle this job. but by the end of that meeting it was like we all clicked like togther as if we had known each other for years. Even though over time weve lost some original djt members, weve also gotten some new ones. and even though i got alot of love for the new djt members, we all know the original members are the best at this job =)
