Team building to me is something that takes alot of effort. it takes alot of courage and alot of streanth to get used to it. speaking from experience, teambuilding is something that takes a goup of different personalities, to come togther to form one team to achieve one mission. though it may be that certain people on a team don't get along, they're still on one team. Something i find to be very interesting about team building however is the amount of concentration it takes to achieve the one goal that everyone has set. In reality if a person has a problem, they simply fix it. But if a group of people have the same problem then it's not that easy to fix. you have to take into consideration that in a group of people there are multiple personalities, multiple opinions and mulitiple issues nthat can occur on toip of the issue that was already there. when this happens it's up to the group to concentrate so that they can think as one and become one wit each other so that the problem at hand can get fixed. once everyonme is concentrated and has agreed on a solution to the problem, then and only then can a desicion be reached. if that doesn't work then the process is started again. this is the foundation of team member working togther to become teambuilders. It's not always easy but if it takes a large group of people to solve a problem, at least the problem gets solved, and it would also have back up plans. as a member of a team called the digital justice team i learn alot about teambuilding. we have many issues and many problems, sometimes it's the whole team, sometimes it's just certain members of the team who have a conflict within the team. we can never seperatre from each other indefintly, but we can be civil and work it out. not saying all of us on the team are freinds becuase we are defintly not, but for the most part were all pretty civil and respectful of each other and as far as i'm concered, that's what team building is all about.
