Personally, I am not sure how to feel about the proposed curfew time. Are they just saying the curfew is in Richmond, or in Contra Costa period? I think that the curfew will make students go to class a bit more, but what if students just stay at home and don't go to school at all? I am afraid the curfew will make students just want to ditch more. It seems almost a though when rules and regulations are put in place, some just delibrately disobey them. To me, I don't like this because at my school we have long breaks and we go off campus to eat. Does that mean we'll have to pay the fine even if we aren't skipping? I think there are other things that are more important right now then proposing a curfew on kids to go to school. Why go to school if you aren't receiving eduation? I think this is something that will cause the youth to get angry. But, then again that's just my opinon.
