the media have alot of effect on youth today because all the violence and drugs they see on tv they feel like its ok to do because they see famous people doing it. So some of the younger kids  look up to the celeberty and wants to be like them. in some songs the lyrics has effect on youth too because of the things they do and talk about in their music. like snoop dog he always rap about marijuana and women and in his music videos you can see he smoke alot and have alot of fun so youth think it is a good thing to do.
