Team building is a huge ingredient in becoming DJT(Digital  Justice Team). It has its ups and downs. Everyone has their opinions and when one thinks things should go this way and another feels differently it’s hard to see eye to eye. Team building is hard. When two people butt heads, it gets really heated up. On one of the days we were supposed to shoot my team had a little disagreement and we had to sit down with our adult team lead Dan and talk it out. I seen emotions fly and tensions rise we talked it through but as we went to our next shoot, maybe there was still negative energy in the air because as we walked into the room to set up and shoot Fred after about I say 15-20 minutes I felt irritation and the heat(literally)build up again. Team building is not the easiest thing in the world but it’s definitely an essential part of becoming a team, to learn to trust one another-which is also what we spoke about in our conversation with Dan-and being able to compromise and not be hostile toward one another. It’s not only bad, It’s also good. Like those times when we do build trust then we have that secure feeling of knowing that you and your team are know able to rely on each other to do our assignment and give our 120% effort into our group. DJT is still learning and growing but were doing it together as a team.
