I just wanted to give my out look on Apt. info!!! I have come to learn that when you open up to your apt. maneger they seem to understand more and you will come to feel comfortable with them, but not too comfortable now but just enough to communicate and have a positve relationship between management and tenant. Now just a few pointer on your first move... 1. before you move in always take pictures of the apt. 2. make sure that you can afford rent and bills and transportation. now 3. take your time when you buy your funisher and house applience. Now that you have that down, read the lease good and make sure you understand what everything means before you sign it. Now say if you got into a 1 year lease and you found a better apt and you wanted to move immediately! First you have to look over your lease one more time and see if you can break the lease. Lets say that you can, you would have to write out a letter to your manager and pay your last month rent if it wasn't paid when you first moved in. Now lets say that you couldn't, You will have to go to fare housing and make sure you have all your information and file a 30 day notice. The only reanos you want to do everything right is so that you can keep good rent history. Now when moving out you want to clean up everything and if you have carpet you want to shampoo it, this will stop you from getting your deposit back.
