Community :: we have to take all these classes in highschool, are they all really nessasary?
so, in all four years of highschool, most of us will take about 28 classes. that doesn't seem like alot over 4 years but trust me, when you're going through it, it seems like a whole lot. But some classes just seem pointless to me, like i know it depends on what you'll major in in collage or if you're even going to collage, but seriously, if you're not a math major, why would you have to take calculous, if you play a sport, why take p.e., and if you feel like you know enough forien lanauge, why should you havce to take 3 years of it just to graduatre? see that's why i think some classes are pointless, but thats just my opinion, if you think somehing else, then please, let me know...

I totally agree with Angelique but I can definitely see Danita's point of view. After taking a class most of the information will be out the window by the time we signed up for another class. I believe we don't cover subjects throughly in school, we go from one to another without really grasping the significance of it. Plus another downside is the limitation in subjects we can take, our history books are really bias. There's not enough Ethnic Studies in high schools, at least that's my point of view. Whats your favorite subject?
