sometimes in life, esspecially adolecent life, we get EXTREMELY stressed out. Sometimes it's school, sometimes it's becuase of work, and sometimes it's just becuase we feel like the whole world is against us, well i've been there and done that and through it all, i have figured out ways to  destress yourself. i Garentee you, by doing this on at least a weekly basis, your life will become less stressful.

1.stress is ussually caused becuase they're is not enough time for yourself, so when that happenz this is my sugggestion. go to the store, find your best smelling bath oil, go home genoursly pour some into your tub, get in and just relax, put on some music and just let the weight of the world be lifeted off your shoulders. This solution ussually works for me, but if it doesn't work for you, try this

2. go to a calm quiet place in your home and stress out, i'm not talking about going cardio crazy i'm talking aboutjust  getting your body in tact with your inner soul and body. let a cool breeze in the room your in and just let all your problems escape. by doing either of these at least once a week, you should definatly be better and alot less stressed out.
