Do you know how gangs started? Well, the time that I know about dates all the way back to a time when Blacks and minorities had no rights. People with little to no rights were targeted as the people who could be picked on. They were the people who you could do anything to and not have to suffer the consequences. Eventually, African Americans (along with others) began to get tired of this. So they began to hang out in groups to better defend themselves. As time went on, this group became known as a gang.    Tell me how you feel about this.  Please coment and explain how you feel and even experiences.
