Description

Staff Member needed for member-owned nonprofit tennis club in Oakland's Rockridge neighborhood. This is a part-time position for various evening and weekend shifts totaling a minimum of 15 hours per week.

Friendly, outgoing personality, reliability and attention to detail are important. Duties include assisting members with reservations and court assignments, answering telephones, and general office tasks. Computer literacy and some light housekeeping duties required. Must be able to lift 30lbs on an occasional basis (for restocking supplies, carrying new nets out to courts, etc.).

In addition to hourly pay, staff members receive membership privileges (use of facilities).
