Job Title: Project Associate

20 hours per week
 

About TAY SF: TAY SF (Transitional Age Youth Initiative) is citywide interagency effort to improve outcomes for disconnected 16-24. The initiative is an outgrowth of the Transitional Youth Task Force who created 16 recommendations that identified TAY as a priority population and laid out a plan to improve to the quality and access of services. Their aim to change the trajectory of the 5000 and 7000 youth and young adults who are disconnected by strengthening and connecting their systems of support so that San Francisco youth can enjoy a healthy transition to adulthood.

Compensation: $19-$24/hour, depending on experience + partial benefits package
