- Runaway Hotline: 1-800-448-3000. If you are running away from home, a group home, or anywhere else, or it you are already a run-away you can call this hotline to get information about shelters, counseling, Greyhound bus-tickets, or assistance in going back home. You will talk to a highly trained counselor who offers “right now” answers to your situation. This is a 24- hour hotline.
