Provides and advocates multilingual and multicultural family services that empower people to lead healthy, productive and self-sufficient lives. The staff speaks 14 Asian languages. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. Programs include Mental Health Services, Substance Abuse Services, Services to the Developmentally Disabled, and Family Support Services.
