Job placement program that matches youth with public and private employers. Upon intake YES staff assess the client's work readiness skills to determine if they are ready to be placed in a job. The program provides clients the opportunity to take a variety of soft skills traing workshops, job placement assistance and individualized case management. Once clients are determined to be ready to enter the labor force, the are placed into jobs.
