Description

EOPS is a California State funded counseling and special services program designed to assist low-income students by facilitating their enrollment in the state community colleges and providing services to promote their retention, graduation, transfer and employment. This program can provide financial aid stipends for community colleges and four-year universities. There are EOPS offices at all of the community colleges in California.
